DescriptionI'm putting up for sale my set of Focal 826-D floorstanding speakers with the 826 central speaker and the Denon AVR X2700H amplifier to go with it.
I've been using them for about 3 or 4 years now, and they're still technically top-notch.
Over the years, and owning 2 cats, they've physically acquired a few small marks (nothing too serious - see photos) which I've tried to cover as best I could with black felt, which does the job, but it's not perfect. There's also a magnetized filter on an Atmos speaker that's broken, but once it's in place, it's not noticeable (see photo).
The only real downside is that a cat scratched 2 speaker suspensions: one on 1 column that I repaired (so the speaker is new, invoice shows) and the other on the center speaker that I didn't repair (so I'll deduct its price).
I'd like to point out that I've seen no change in the listening experience, despite the fact that one suspension is scratched, so I'll be giving away the speaker I've changed, along with its cover.
In the past, a cat had also torn a twitter which I changed (invoice to prove it).
Concerning the amplifier: RAS, it works perfectly and matches the set very well.
I bought this set on the site: Iacono, I would like to find the invoice but it does not appear in my orders, I sent an email to know if it was possible to find it.
I also have all the original packaging.
Sorry for the pamphlet, but I'm being transparent with you about the minor problems I've encountered with the speakers.
I'm selling them because I won't have the space to put them in the house I'm having built. So I'll be going for built-in.
