Description
The Advance Acoustics WTX-1000 Bluetooth receiver is Bluetooth apt-x compatible and integrates analog and digital outputs. An evolution of the highly effective WTX-500, the Advance Acoustic WTX-1000 takes up its main features in a more classic package. The dongle format, which plugs directly into the back of the amp, has been abandoned in favor of an elegant rectangular metal case, leaving room for two digital audio outputs: one optical and one coaxial. These will enable you to benefit from your amplifier's built-in DAC, or to insert an audio DAC such as the Advance Acoustic MDX-600 between the WTX-1000 receiver and your hi-fi system. With an optimized signal-to-noise ratio (80 to 100 dB depending on the quality of the source), the background noise inherent in the Bluetooth transmission standard is virtually eliminated, for top-quality listening.
Stored on a wide variety of mobile devices (Android smartphones and tablets, iPods, iPhones and iPads, laptops), your music just needs to be played back on your hi-fi system in the truest, most natural way possible. The apt-X Advance Acoustic WTX-1000 Bluetooth wireless audio receiver handles this task with real talent.
Compatible with the Airblue standard, the Bluetooth apt-X Advance Acoustic WTX-1000 receiver works with all Bluetooth AD2P-compatible devices such as smartphones, tablets, PC or Mac laptops, iPhones, iPod touches and iPads.

The WTX-1000 is AirBlue-certified, a certification only awarded to high-quality wireless Hi-Fi audio devices capable of being synchronized with computers, tablets and smartphones.
In particular, the AirBlue charter requires the use of HD encoding algorithms such as aptX™. This codec is the one with the best statistics in terms of sound restitution and transfer speed. This receiver respects dynamics and all frequency ranges. It boasts a bitrate of 350 kbits/sec and a latency of just 70 milliseconds. In other words, your mp3s encoded up to 320 kbits/sec will be played back as they are, without any degradation!

Listening to files encoded in FLAC or WAV is simply incredible. The difference with a wired connection is almost imperceptible.

Despite the A2DP profile designed for transmitting audio streams, all Bluetooth audio receivers still produce background noise on reception. Thanks to an optimized signal-to-noise ratio of 80 to 100 dB, this nuisance is eliminated for the purest listening quality. The WTX-1000 is the only receiver on the market to offer this optimization, which makes all the difference!
