Terms and conditions of the right of return (withdrawal)
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal. After communication of your decision, you have a period of 14 days to return your product (Son-Video.com extends this period to 15 days).
In case of an order containing several products, the time limit for communicating your decision to withdraw runs from the receipt of the last product (see Article L221-18 and Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code).
